What is r, w & a in File

File: File is a data store where user can store as many as data he/she can for use in his/her Code.

File is basically use to read elements from A text file so that user don't have to input all The info one by one. There are 3 basic Mode.
   "r"  -  This Mode is Called Read Mode. It is For Scan information From a Text File.
   "w" -  This Mode is Called Write Mode. It is Use For Print information in a Text File.
   "a"  -  This Mode is For Add Information in a File Which already got some info. This add the New Information at the end of the 1st Information.
